I had a quote for staircase replacement from 4 th of April. I waited the fitter Kyle Walsh for 15 days and plenty of calls and messages just to come over and see the place. Then he did not send me quote just told me date in the end of May to fit it. In my understanding 2 months waiting time for staircase replacement is way too much. Our delivery needed to come today. The delivery man was so nervous and rude over the phone because I was not at home and needed to wait 17 minutes for me to come over. He needs to understand that I am not a part of his family to speak like that to me. If he had e bad day , need to be relax not to press and be rude with customers. In total first and last order with Door Store. I can not believe there is such a company. Under standards at all. Only good was Richard at the office Boucher road - always nice and polite.
