Thank you Alyison and Thomas for another great purchasing experience. My new Rolex Explorer II has been on my wrist now for a couple of weeks now and I'm loving it. I'm very much looking forward to my next adventure. Always a pleasure to deal with you and all at Lunn's over the past 50 plus years.

I visited the Rolex boutique in hopes of looking at making a purchase or placing my interest on record for a model, I was shown the model I was interested in and filled out the registration of interest, and then I was told in small talk that it always helps to have a buying record with ourselves as we reward those with return custom or those that have purchased lesser models from other luxury brands, horrible practice and management that Rolex actually frowns upon the holding back of models for those that purchase stock that is not as desirable. The service at the beginning was ultimately professional but the chat telling me I would essentially have to build a relationship and purchase other things to make me more successful in a Rolex was unprofessional unethical and essentially a tactic thats wrong

Even as a customer, who already have bought watches from the specific shop, the terribly rude lady in the shop was unwelcoming in way I couldn't stay for more than 30 seconds. Please consider your staff..
