Always an excellent experience. From my first enquiry in the Rolex store, I have always had excellent service and back up form Peter. A pleasure to do business with, helpful, knowledgeable and honest in managing my expectations. Could not fault the guys at all. I will always return whenever purchasing, a rare and delightful experience in Belfast.

Im 24 with with my own business Me and my girlfriend went in to Rolex in queens arcade the security person was extremely creepy and just stood and stared at my girlfriend while we waited for the second door to open, no hello or anything, after going in the salesman eventually asked if I needed help after explaining that I already know about the massive waiting list for anything actually worth buying he told me I would quote not get a submariner as my first Rolex after explaining I would because there are thousands of places to buy 100% authentic submariners (at a premium price obviously ) he tried to say all well established grey market dealers sell fakes which is so far from the truth ha basically trying to imply if you dont wait 10+ years for a submariner from Rolex then ANYTHING else you buy is fake haha which is a blatant lie .... also told me if I pay more for a submariner it will just de value ? For a old sales person its worrying he doesnt know submariners historically go up as they become birth year watches if you buy a 1960s banged up submariner you will pay 20k plus ha, went around to pride and pinion in the merchant and was treated amazingly was even sat down and was aloud to try on a 122k platinum Rolex Daytona, and they were able to get me a brand new 2022 unworn submariner no date.yes you pay 4-5k more but thats the nature of it, if you are waiting to get one from Rolex its a waste of a decade, The salesperson would try and have you believe all Grey market companies only sell fakes if they did they wouldnt be selling multi million Pound deals to A listers/ watch collectors/ and other dealers around the world, and there watch authenticators are ex employees of Rolex themselves, and any new Rolex they sell is still covered by Rolex and I highly doubt Rolex would be servicing fake watches ha but according to the old man they are all shite which isnt very nice language to be used in a high end boutique, so for him to say they sell fakes is embarrassing, This is the sort of place that gives Rolex boutiques a bad name.
