You wont find better booking system and better service. Been using Campstead for 3 years as soon as made the phone everything went smoothly. Perfect system they thought of everything. The support second to non any amendments gets done straight away . excellent service all staff very helpful. Definitely Recommend Campstead

If you're looking for a booking system this is the best by far....... Used ours now for 5 years, recommended it to many friends, all of whom say they wished they'd come across it earlier after struggling with other operators. Easy to use and easy to work with, customers love it.

Outstanding company. The friendly team at CampStead work hard to tailor their fantastic product to suit your individual needs. We have worked with them for years and they are fast to make changes and very responsive to feedback. The software itself is particularly user friendly, and makes remote access very easy. As our campsite has grown, CampStead have been there to provide a straightforward yet versatile system for our business whilst maintaining a seamless booking process for our guests. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone! Following a phone call to the sales department i was given access to a demonstration area to test the product (on behalf of many people in the caravan fraternity) before purchasing. We gathered the interested parties to a meeting to review there product to find access was revoked. Following a frantic phone call with Neil the Sales Director at Campstead Ltd we were told we should have never been given access to the demonstration area so they expect you to just hand over money for development (1000+) and reoccurring fees (900+ per year) without any adequate testing of the product.
