        What a sham this office is I was advised by Belfast City Council to contact this office about the hardship fund for heating my home and for more than a week now I have being lied to by reception staff at this office who told me to call back on Friday and again today Tuesday to be told that the hardship fund is now closed and that vulnerable people like myself are not eligible for help from the fund we have been sitting all over the holidays with no heating nothing and this is the response from the vine center

        I got a lot of help for Housing,ESA,Hospital & Dentist Appointments and Also My,English,Maths,and ICT Courses The Vine Centre was and still is My Safety Net I've got a lot of Respect for them for what they have done for me and other people. Thank You The Vine Centre Derek Duncan
