Do not order from this 'company'. After I placed an order that hasn't even been received by royal mail, I discovered that not only did they have a different name last year thet the so called shop is actually a garage. No customer service what so ever, will not respond to you as they don't care and all clothing is from China

I have read some of the reviews for Hansom Dans which are maybe justified but for my experience with this clothes company could not have been better i placed my order late Sunday evening and received my delivery on a Tuesday yes 3 whole days beautifully packaged great quality exquisite finish on the jacket I bought for my husband for Christmas he's going to be delighted definitely no from or made in China amazing price too I'm delighted thanks Hamson Dans definitely deserves 5*

Like the majority of reviews I've seen, mine's a sorry tale . Ordered a jacket which took over a month to arrive . It didn't fit so returned it exactly as instructed back in October..... It's now 16th Dec and still no refund . Very poor online retailer.... be warned !! Gave 1 star as zero not there.

Firstly the single good review on here is obviously a Fake like HD and I expect no one will be falling for that well used trick. This is a review from a real customer, and I genuinely say DO NOT USE THIS FAKE COMPANY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I Found HD website via a pop up advert, and took a look. Initial impression was good and their stock range looks nice. Decided to order a leather jacket which is where it all went wrong. Its been almost 4 weeks now on a 3-5 day delivery and its still not arrived. Was given a Royal Mail tracking number the day after ordering so it all looked good, but I called Royal Mail today to complain about the excessive delay and they confirmed over the phone that no parcel even exists! Additionally any consignment for this tracking number has yet to even be dispatched by HD. HD are still claiming its been stuck at the Heathrow airport for the last 4 weeks ( must have been watching to many Tom Hanks movies) I Have requested tracking info for the courier SUPPOSEDLY from Ireland prior to Heathrow three times now to show that this reason is genuine and they won't provide it, they just say its stuck in customs at the airport, so we cannot refund. To date HD is still refusing a refund instead of declaring it as lost, which is terrible customer service. Only gave one star as you cannot give zero stars! Do the right thing HD and refund this order, and you may get some credibility back, but you definitely won't get this customer back any time soon.
