This is a great place for our office. The staff are helpful and the rent is really affordable compared to a lot of other office spaces in Belfast.

Good service for the price point. But I must give only 3 stars because there is no post forwarding service/ redirect service offered by East Belfast Enterprise, which can be a deal breaker for International companies like my company, who wants a second registered office in Belfast. Only a Scan service is offered with titanic Package for 100 GBP + VAT =120 GBP. Scan service is not an option for my business because of data secrecy reason. ALSO A BIG NEGATIVE I FOUND is office rooms are not furnished (see picture below).....TO RENT AN OFFICE ROOM, COMPANIES NEED TO ARRANGE THEIR OWN FURNITURE OR RENT IT FROM EAST BELFAST ENTERPRISE. Which I think is a big problem & hassle for start-ups to arrange furniture. That was also one of the reason I decided not to rent an office here. I have seen most of the office space providers in Belfast offer furnished office (at least a desk and a chair). Quite honestly this is the first time i have seen an office space provider rent furnitures to its tanents!!!!!! I really request East Belfast Enterprise to include the Post/Letter forwarding service even if they charge a higher price for that , price will be not a big issue for many businesses. But at least having the service will be a big relief for many businesses. I will give 5 starts if they introduce the post forwarding service. Note that many other office space providers in Belfast offers Post redirect/forwarding service as low as only extra 10 GBP per month. I also request East Belfast Enterprise to offer furnished office rather than renting furniture. This small things can be changed & then it would be one of the best place for start-ups to start their business in Belfast.

Great staff, especially at reception - so helpful and welcoming. Hot desks are a really good option if you work independently and would like somewhere different to work with other business owners. Also a nice social element if you want to join that too :)
