My husband and I did The Magic of Irish Breads. We had a great evening, met nice people and had great fun. Chef Jeffers is very professional, supportive and entertaining.

Just back from a great night at the Forestside Cookery School. On the menu tonight was Bao buns, crispy duck confit, Asian slaw and homemade chips with chilli and coriander butter. The food was delicious, the craic was great and Chef Jeffers and his team looked after us and entertained us throughout the night. The setting is superb, the cooking stations are so well designed, plenty of room to work and the dining area where you eat the food you make is so nice, lovely atmosphere to enjoy the food you make, with a little glass of bubbly. This is well worth a visit. Nice to go and meet new people. We were given this as a thank you gift as gift vouchers are available. I like these type of gifts. Until the next time. Booked the Great Forestside Bake-off for my daughters 13th birthday party - all the girls had an absolutely fantastic time! Chef Jeffers and the team were brilliant and tailored the experience for them - the girls all left with loads of photos, a big smile on their faces and an equally big box of muffins, pancakes and cookies! We will definitely be booking again!

This is the second time that Theo, my grandson and I have attended the kids cookery class. Absolutely fabulous. Chef Jeffers and his team are so professional, patient and thoughtful with the children. Great fun and an amazing learning experience for the kids. Have booked our third class.
