Parcel was not delivered although it showed up on the UPS system as delivered. Driver put in a fake signature, the customer Did Not Sign for the parcel. The driver made no contact with the receiver or sender even though contact details were correct on the parcel. Every phone number tried diverted us to UPS customer service who could not give us UPS Belfast direct line. We did find one number online and this diverted to Parcel Motel who had zero interest in helping us. It will take UPS 8 working days to find out what happened.
