        Good access.andwell.laid out internals.Strict policy of no.entry unless driving licence is produced.Easy to find where things can be left off.gb cf

        Not clear at all on website that you need proof of address before going to centre. I'm am in Castlereagh area, but closer to ormeau Rd in Belfast, so often go there. Never an issue. Surely councils would want to make it as easy as possible to recycle etc.

        Very unhelpful staff would watch you struggle to carry things and never offer to help. Been there twice this week on the first occasion an elderly lady came and asked did I need help as I was struggling to carry an item, while several workers chatted to each other. Second time I was struggling to carry a large chest of drawers on my own while 4 workers stood talking and watching me. In every other dump I have been to the staff will offer help but never happens here. I have seen many elderly people be ignored and left struggling while the staff just seem to stand around talking to each other.
