        Yesterday, I ordered smokeless Coal of 32 for 50kg and one pack of wood logs 4 which turned out to be pretty expensive. It arrived on time subsequent day. The driver delivered in the heavy rain, and I noticed all coal and logs totally wet; he didnt have any tarpaulin blanketed vehicle/trailer either as I asked, he replied call into the office. I phoned in the office and the Lady who was the Manager was very impolite by saying that she is not able to control weather. What a pity this manager who is living in Northern Ireland doesnt know how to protect the goods while delivering to the customers in this weather.
