Bought some Rega bits from Lyric and each time I've popped in they've been nice and friendly. When I'm in the area with a bit of time to spare I tend to have a look to see what they have. Also, the pre-owned stock that they carry is generally really good condition and prices are reasonable.

Lyric Hifi is somewhere to get great advice and no hard sell. It is obvious that there is a genuine passion for good quality products, whatever your budget. Sam was happy to take his time to explain the features of the amp and streamer we were considering and even though he was much more knowledgeable than me, he explained things well. Eventually, on our third visit, Michael and Sam were both in the shop and, after having been given the opportunity to hear the two amps we were choosing between, decided on a Rega amp and Bluesound streamer. At a time when so much retail business is done online, it is refreshing to be able to go, in person, to a specialist shop with such pleasant assistance. We are very excited to get our new amp and streamer set up and I have no doubt that it was the right choice.

Just like to say a big thank you to the gang at Lyric hi-fi Belfast. Wonderful service and advice, Recently upgraded my turntable from P8 to the RP10 with aphelion cartridge it has Transformed how I listen to my music. Have to give a big shout out to Michael for the Excellent Customer service, advice and support on resolving a minor issue with the cartridge it was giving a buzzing sound out of both channels so I contacted lyric hi-fi and Michael sent Ross to my house to see if it was my equipment playing up it was confirmed that the amplifiers were fine and the issue was the cartridge it needed fixed so they shipped it to Rega and the wonderful folks at Rega Repaired it so its now back in my home Im very pleased with everything so definitely the best Hi-Fi shop in N.Ireland give them a look if youre looking to upgrade your turntable, amplifier ect and of course Rega Highly recommended and the products are of course legendary in their sound quality and it goes to show Rega look after their customers and their repair service is 2nd to none My Vinyl has never sounded so good

So amazing people. Great support. Quality products My first products from them is 40 years old and still sounding good.
