Believe it or not they treat vulnerable, impoverished human beings like subhumans*. Those who they're supposedly raising money for get treated like dirt. Not a good look for an organisation that supposed to be charitable and decent. *We are people. Read the good book. All of it.

Awful staff, very rude and unhelpful. I feel sorry for the charity because the woman in the shop behaves like she doesn't want to sell anything, I don't know how the charity is supposed to raise money with people like that working there. I can honestly say I will never be back to this shop!

Extremely over priced for what it is, have seen clothes sit in here for weeks to months due to very high pricing. This confuses me due to the fact that there are many other charity shops in the area that are much cheaper and generally have better quality clothing for the same price this particular shop offers. Over pricing drives good customers away, be more fair on pricing = more sales.
