        Slow communication at first about delay to order (website said items in stock but took a number of weeks to arrive). However after chasing they were quick to apologize and provide regular updates (as well as a discount to the order in light of the delay). In the end good value for money and would order from here again

        One of the products on my order were no longer available, but the guys on Customer Service were very quickly able to offer me a few excellent replacements, which I received promptly.

        I contacted customer service with a question relating to a tracking number for my order, for which no information was available on their website. The response I received appeared to be a templated response and didn't answer my question. This is frustrating, and came across as lazy/disinterested. I will avoid ordering anything from them in future.
