Sliderobes - Belfast

After a few initial snags I was delighted with the aftercare service to put these right. Hannah and her team, Sue, Ryan and Paddy were exceptionally pleasant and professional and made me feel that nothing was any bother. I would certainly use them again.

I'm going to give Sliderobes 2 stars for now in the hope that they will fix the two of the 8 doors that slide to the left constantly closing automatically as the fittings have dropped. One of the corner doors also has been catching since the day it was fitted, which I reported soon after fitting. I've had a voice message about 4 months later, to say someone will fix it in a few hours time. No notice or warning was given and I heard it 5 hours later as I work for a living. I'm hoping to give them 5 stars after I give them a chance to fix all the issues in the next two weeks, and on a Saturday as I work from home so I don't have to cancel my working day for their errors.

Very expensive plus the workmanship was poor - even though attempts were made to fix the work - we are still left with multiple problems that 'would be too much hassle to fix'
