I brought a brand new G-Shock watch paying 80pounds. But it is fake, couldn't handle a drop of water and buttons are not working, how are you cheating customers like this?

Needing a battery replacement, I went to a local expert who after several minute of fumbling told me he couldn't remove the case due to its vacuum seal. 5 other experts, including 2 top Jewellers were consulted and similar responses followed. Darren, however, swapped the battery in front of me in about 2 minutes. Strongly recommend.
