        Recently went in to get a replacement battery and was served by Deborah. We were made to feel as welcome buying a battery as if we were purchasing a new watch! The selection of drinks was excellent and the battery was back before the estimated day, which was an added bonus. First class service, thanks again, Deborah! See you again soon.

        Visited the tag heuer shop in Belfast today. I was served by Rebecca who was professional and welcoming from start to finish. Such a credit to the team. I will be visiting again.

        My husband and I were in the store purchasing his first Tag watch and we are absolutely delighted with the service we received. Rebecca assisted us with trying on a variety of watches and explained all the product features and specs clearly, she helped my husband make his choice very easily. It was his birthday and we were given complimentary coffee, champagne, a donut with candles on it and a framed photo of us in the store. It was over and beyond our expectations. Each member of staff there was so friendly and the fact we left 100% satisfied, watch fitted perfectly on wrist, was a great start to the birthday celebrations. Thank you so much!
