        Paid for car to be serviced almost a year ago, decided to service it myself this time. Noticed that they never changed my spark plugs, ones that were in there had probably never been changed. I'd supplied NGK plugs, funny enough, still had OEM Volvo plugs in there! AVOID THIS MECHANIC, CHARGES FOR WORK NEVER CARRIED OUT!
