Awful receptionists. Lied about my blood tests, telling me over the phone they came back fine, yet I got a call from the doctor saying I had to rebook as they were ALL clotted and unusable! This is for a chronic illness too!! Terrible to work with on the phone, dont give accurate information out and are very hard to talk to. The people are even leaving the surgery early so I couldnt get a call back at the supposed allocated time. Im likely going to move surgeries, I dont recommend this place

Yes, the receptionists are very short on the phone, but like they are at it for probs 2-3 hours every morning and are just humans who have tons of calls every morning (and are usually lovely in person). It takes a while to come though and you just have to try over and over, which indeed is annoying but Ive been told that its the system many GPs run. I dont know, I dont have to call them often so it doesnt bother me AS much. Doctor I spoke to was understanding and asked questions, actually looked at my history and genuinely cared. Practice is a bit dark and outdated, but again i dont think the sheer volume of patients and nhs funding makes them want to make the looks a priority. I honestly cant complain and did recommend them in the past.
