        I've been doing contact sports, trained with weights and picked up plenty of injuries over the last 20+ years. So I've had a lot of exposure to plenty of physios and therapists. Chris is without a doubt one of the best I've encountered. I cannot recommend him higher than I already do. Every session whether it be maintenance or a 'I broke myself please help me' job, I know Chris will leave a lasting positive change. The entire experience is professional, warm, skilled and effective!

        I visited Chris yesterday for my first sports massage. He was kind enough to explain the procedure whilst highlighting the benefit. He went above and beyond to ensure i received the best possible treatment. I will be sure to visit again in the near future. Keep up the good work :)

        I had my first massage with Chris earlier today. I think its the best massage Ive ever had. He adapts the intensity level as and when you can tolerate it! Ill definitely be going back again. Thanks Chris!
