        I attended New Ground over the weekend for a seminar, I have to say I have visited many BJJ gyms all over Ireland and New Ground is definitely in my top 3. The building itself is quite unique and situated in ideal location with parking and food places nearby. The conditions of the gym are extremely hygienic. The coaching staff are among the most warm and welcoming that I have encountered and they made everyone feel part of the New Ground experience. I will definitely be coming back any time I'm up in Belfast. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the Belfast area that wants to enjoy Jiu Jitsu in a top class facility.
