I briefly worked here and it is easily the sketchiest company in Northern Ireland. They advertise jobs with skillful wordplay to hide the fact that they expect their employees to work lamentable hours for commission-only pay walking the streets and hopelessly knocking on doors until their knuckles bleed. The turnover rate for employees is the highest you'll ever see. I'd estimate that around half of the people who are offered positions don't arrive on their first day and those that do will likely be sacked within two weeks. If you do accept a job with JPW you will sign a contract of employment but you will NOT receive a copy of this document. This could be because they offer all new-starts a fortnightly basic wage to begin with. However if the manager decides you're below the expected requirement, he'll happily sack you before you complete your first fortnight and since you don't have a contract clarifying your rights; they can weasel out of ever paying you a penny. In conclusion; the manager is two-faced, the work is horrible, all of your customers will hate you and you won't get paid. If I could have posted a rating lower than one star I would.
