If you're moving house and see this group as the buyer/seller seriously think twice about proceeding. If they happen to cross my path again, i won't certainly proceed until the buyers/sellers change agent. They drew out a simple buy to a 5month odd painful process and that was with weekly, sometimes daily phone calls to chase them.

In the process of moving into my new house and for the month leading up to the completion date both myself and my solicitor received little to no response to numerous emails and calls. This resulted in the completion date being pushed back multiple times and a different solicitor from DWF being assigned onto the case the DAY BEFORE the new completion date. Incredibly shapeless and frustrating to deal with.
