        it was ok, while i was there i was verbally assaulted by their staff about my shoes. the office i was taken to had blinds closed and lights off which made for an uncomfortable experience and several times when i tried to speak, my solicitor would purposefully loudly cough. he was wearing a mask though. on the positive side, the staff were cooking up something fierce! they were very welcoming to an 80 year old lady who i believe had alzhiemers as she seemed very lost and confused.
