Incompetent, slow and rude. If you want anything done quickly or in any sort of normal speed don't go near them. Simple buying and selling a house which took a month longer than it should because they couldn't get their act together, then went off on leave, then went off on holiday, then wouldn't reply to emails, then couldn't find documents, then passed the case to someone else, then passed to case to someone else again etc etc.... etc. The only one half way decent was Malachy who managed to pick up the pieces left by the others. This doesn't take away from the fact that it was a needlessly stressful process.

selling a house was made very difficult for me solicitor changed three times and they kept asking for information all ready supplied i asked third person I seen was files not passed on but was told sometimes staff kept it all in their heads so could not pass it on mistakes made with names not spelling mistakes but different names then it was a week before they knew how to send money to a county that used euros I found using this company a nightmare, stressful more difficult than selling a house should be

Beware. This company ripped me off. I paid a few hundred pounds for mainly a copy and pasted piece of text from a GOV.UK webpage on a fancy and luxurious sheet of paper. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
