Absolutely amazing service! Kim went above and beyond for us after a wee minor hiccup at the start. Even came out to our house to do alterations after a long day working the Christmas Market. Couldn't meet a nicer women & made sure everything was perfect with my partners kilt for our besties wedding. Would highly recommend xx

Ordered 2 items and got told so many times that items would be in on such and such then changed to another date etc. Ended up going into the shop after being told that 1 item was in and 1 was due in the previous evening or the next morning yet when I called in the girl who seemed to not know what was going on told me that they both weren't due in till the afternoon..... only to be told later in afternoon that no one could find 1 of the items but they would contact us. No contact till we contacted them again to be told q item couldn't be found. Had to request a refund and down 2 christmas presents. Very very poor service. Would not recommend at all.
