Then proceeded to ring and get this amended to be told nothing could be done. Following this, after 5 days trying to get in touch with the store, we were advised by the manager that we would claim a free meal on our next visit to Belfast.
Upon arriving in Belfast we rang both Botanic and Stranmillis stores to ensure this was possible. The manager had conveniently forgotten the promise he made to us regarding the free meal and while on the phone to Sara in Botanic store explaining yet again our situation, she hung up on me. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Please avoid this place at all costs and do NOT waste your money in it. Disgusting food and disgusting service.
