Very disappointed. We decided to get a takeaway for our choice as a special treat. The food took over an hour to arrive. This was a takeaway. We waited to only get our order that was missing some things. My husband phoned and explained politely that we were missing a starter and an extra portion of rice. The receipt showed we only had paid for what was delivered which was great but we still wanted our food. The manager was not helpful and kept saying we had ordered wrong when in fact we had not and the order was not took down right. We give in and decided no point in trying to explain this as the manager seemed in a hurry and the conversation felt rushed. He was also adamant it was not his fault. After opening the food to find it very cold we phoned again to say we were really not happy. My husbands starter was the only thing relatively warm so he had that after waiting so long for food. The manager wanted us to pack the food back up and he would get driver to come back however, it could be some time waiting on the driver. We decided we could drive over to leave the food in for reimbursement as we were very hungry at this point and didn't want to wait much longer. We explained the starter had been eaten. He had a good look at the food and mentioned this. We couldn't believe that this manager was behaving in such a rude manner. We had now wasted over an hour and a half after all of this and we had to then go get ourselves something to eat for dinner. We were reimbursed in the end by the manager giving us our money back after my husband asking for it. We are disappointed and hope the manager in future acts more professional and polite. We will be avoiding this place and so will our families after how this situation was dealt with. Such a waste of time.
