        What an absolute treat. I have been a United fan since 1964 and was obsessed with George Best as a young boy. I hadn't realised you could visit his house until I was googling shortly before my visit to Belfast. I did the walk to the house, and arrived in driving snow. Gerry and Peter were wonderful hosts, and because of the snow I was the only one on the tour. They entertained me for an hour and a half, in this house that has been refurbished to look like it would have done when George left for Manchester. At the end of the tour, Peter said he'd give me a lift to my hotel in central Belfast given how much it was snowing. When we finally arrived, I asked him where he lived, assuming it was also in the city centre - but no; he lives in East Belfast, back where the George Best House is. What wonderful hospitality. Thank you so much.
