I visited the shop as it had been recommended to me as they are meant to help with suggesting what might be suitable for your skin i have aged quite a lot in a short time due to stress my normal make up is no longer suitable as it cakes into the lines on my face. I felt the girl only showed me 2 products that Iask her about no more recommendations i travelled to go there and all she gave me was a sample of the wrong colour and said to just add bronzer i was there to spend money and came out feeling really let down

My first trip to this store was at Christmas time and I was assisted by Caroline who was busy with other customers but acknowledged me Upon entry. The store was quite busy but when Caroline approached me she was so welcoming and asked open questions to identify my skin needs. I left feeling positive but the cream wasnt the best fit. I returned and we tried 2 more and today I went back to buy more. I love the Creme dlegance and the consist service from the Belfast team. Caroline is fantastic! Will Continue to purchase Instore over online. I also love they they give you samples to try, means I know what I want for next time!
