Ollie's burgers

Food ordered in Just eat 17.30, food cancelled 18.30 with no explanation. Phoned the shop, asked for the reason for cancellation. Was told they had run out of chicken and beef. But there was no apology offered and just a really bad attitude from the guy on the phone. You guys really need to train staff to communicate with customers better. I've enjoyed food from you before but sadly you won't be getting my business anymore.

Really terrible service. An hour after I had ordered on Just Eat, my order got cancelled. When I phoned to ask why, I was told there was no chicken or beef left in the restaurant, the attitude of the guy on the phone was really terrible, there was no apology and nothing was offered in return. I will not be ordering from here again.

I would give Ollie's zero stars if I could. Our meal arrived late and burnt with part of the order missing. It was too late to contact the takeaway by the time the order had arrived. Please avoid at all costs, our meal ended up in the bin

These guys melted our hearts tonight! They accidentally forgot to put cheese on one of our burgers (we were eating it anyway as it looked delicious) and we called just to let them know. They kindly sent us two deserts to apologise as it was our wedding anniversary. First class customer service and delicious food
