        My we girl was left with chemical burns on her head after what should have been a simple dye. The didnt do a strand test and must have used cheap bleach her hair is ruined. Made a complaint and was told there all self employed. Only when i threatened them with legal advice did i get her money back. Waited 5 days to bring her to a different salon, they wont touch her head due to the burns. Have to wait until her head heals now. Has destroyed her confidence and is goin to cause alot more to repair. Would not recommend. No costumer service other when she was crying, the put her at the back of the shop for 45 minutes and were sayin "ohh mummy look at her gurning" very disappointed
