        I was absolutely devastated when I lost 3 inches when I asked for a trim and tidy up - my hair is kept in good condition and so this should not have been necessary. Absolutely heartbroken as I am getting married in the new year and have been growing my hair for the past few years. I booked a slot in the busy period in the run up to Christmas and believe that my hair was cut by a trainee without my knowledge - I went to a reputable salon the next day who blow dried my hair straight to reveal that 3 massive chunks of hair were cut unevenly on one side only and they had to cut more off to try and fix it. On making the salon aware I received a refund but unfortunately this does not change the haircut I now have. Very disappointing and upsetting, will not be back. Service: Hairstyling
