If I could give zero stars I would. Went in expecting to get a professional haircut after I was assured that the stylist knew what they were doing and were able to cut hair of any length and style. Trust me that wasnt the case. Even though I provided pictures of the style and a clear explanation of what I wanted I came away looking like I was about to audition for a boyband in the 90s. Nothing about the cut was good. It was uneven, clumpy and heavy. Its impossible to style and Im now out even more money as Im going elsewhere to get it cut again into an actual style. Trust me - avoid this hairdressers. Theres a reason its easy to get an appointment and its not just luck wouldnt trust them to cut a piece of paper let alone my hair. Service: Hairstyling
