        Never thought I would sign up to something like this - not something that would appeal. But I was talked into giving some sessions a go and see how all went. Super impressed - nice airy space, good parking & easy to get to. Decent equipment and super friendly team and other attendees - it is really mixed in skill levels and fitness - but all are catered for, which is great. Very welcoming & easy to see everyone fits right in. Really enjoy the classes and can see this being a long term membership all being well. Recommend to anyone considering or thinks they may like something like this - well worth a try - very enjoyable. Can see & feel the impact already.
