If you're experienced and know what your doing it will still do the job but that's why membership is cheap. Gym has spin classes n MMA classes and the odd boxercise class. Easy to park but front gate isn't great you can wait a while before you get buzzed in. Opening times Mon - Thurs 6am to 9pm Fri 6am to 8pm Sat & Sun 8am to 2pm. Gym also sells meals from Ruben's and shakes etc. Good community run gym great people at this gym very welcoming.
