I have been apart of Hybrid Fitness for the past 6 months. I have seen a lot of progress with not only muscle, but also with confidence. Before I started with Hybrid, I tried going to other gyms, but I struggled to stay committed and was unsure if i was doing things right. The coaches at Hybrid Fitness are really friendly and are very devoted to helping you reach and maintain your goals with excercise and nutritional advice. They also plan social events such as open water swimming which helps you intergrate into the Hybrid team. I would strongly recommend Hybrid Fitness to anybody especially those who struggle to stay committed or anyone who would like to improve their confidence.

I joined Hybrid Fitness in January 2019 so coming up to 3 years training here and its everything you could want in a gym and more. A team of knowledgeable coaches and a community of like minded people encouraging and supporting each other to reach their goals, and more importantly having fun along the way. During my 3 years I have made great progress not only physically but mentally and that's all down to the environment and the support available. It's a very welcoming gym and I can't recommend it enough. 100% my happy place!
