        Fantastic for anyone looking to join a gym and become part of a great community where everyone is welcome. All classes are tailored to allow beginners and advanced to participate and grow. The price for what you get compared to other gyms in the area is superb. Second to none!

        Ive been at the Building Box since summer 2021 and it is a fantastic gym. Last year they relocated to a larger space which now includes an ice bath and sauna, which has been a great addition. The gym equipment is fantastic and there is a variety of classes, suitable for all fitness levels. The best thing about the Building Box is the sense of community that theyve cultivated in the gym. Really recommend coming down and trying it out!

        Best gym, best people. Love the classes and grindstone training programme so much recovery room is a 10/10 post workout.

        This gym is without a doubt the best thing Ive ever discovered. Extremely reasonable on price and offers classes 6 days a week! You can also get access to their recovery hub which boasts a rustic Swedish sauna and a cold plunge.. brrrrilliant Love this place. Great community and lovely people. Will be back when I get the chance!
