If youre looking for a friendly, knowledgeable coach to keep you accountable, encourage you and help you learn how to lift safely and efficiently Karla is your girl. Ive been with other coaches before who are pushing short term transformations whereas Karla is helping with and encouraging building healthy habits with food, activity and strength training for life.

I booked in for 10 weeks with Karla to get me back into the gym and really glad I did. Everything was tailored for me and my abilities and past experience and we even worked on some injuries and recovery. Fully recommend for anyone starting the gym or wanting to train at any level.

Karla is the best PT! Such a positive person that inspires you to want to do better and really cares about her clients. Her sessions are fun and push you to do your best. She is so knowledgeable and tailors every session to make it more enjoyable for you. She has really helped my confidence in the gym and make me excited to exercise (plus she is class craic). 10/10- could not recommend her enough!

Karla is a kind, considerate, generous and motivating coach and personal trainer. I have availed of both in-person and online coaching and always feel like I have a considered programme of sessions every week that progresses me towards my goals, while also always taking into account contextual factors that may influence my training needs. Karla shares her expertise in line with my own interests to help me build confidence and evidence-based knowledge. She sensitively attends to my needs and development in the gym, while being reliable and encouraging with her feedback. What I really love about Karlas approach is that it always feels like you have someone championing you along the way, whether that be praise for taking up space as a woman in a male-dominated area of the gym, being gentle and honest in helping you to learn from setbacks, or cheering you on in a voicenote message about a PB! Im so glad that I chose Karla as my coach - she has gotten me to a place where I can be creative and ambitious in my training, and where I can look forward to getting into the gym.
