Beyond terrible. Lost my son's application, then refused it. 8 months to process an appeal, which was allowed. Then asked to see his passport again... and now they've lost it! So, my son has finished the school year without a penny of the financial support he was entitled to!

Every other choice I had gave me more money per week even impact and its literally full of crayon munchers, 30 for a week is terrible, how can I get paid less money than impact or met when I do more hours and days ita brutal

The worst place ever, meant to get 60 pounds every 2 weeks no only getting 30 or less, it not even worth it
