I cannot speak highly enough of Paul and Paul; our experience with them was outstanding from the moment we rang. From the very beginning, we experienced a high level of professionalism, knowledge/expertise, quality of work, and that was all at a reasonable price with the work completed in a very timely manner. Every step of the process was explained to me in such a way that I understood what was being done, the old boiler removed, and my kitchen was left in a clean state. I would highly recommend the services of Paul and Paul and will be calling on them for future servicing of the boiler.

Couldn't rate Paul any higher. We've had the tado smart heating and TRVs running now for about a month without a single issue. It was fitted in a matter of hours. Paul had to get in contact with the support team during the installing and didn't leave until all were up and running. One of the smoothest home Improvements we've had. We'll defo be using BBI for all future heating and boiler needs.

The two Pauls replaced my gas boiler last week and set up new smart controls. They kindly fit me in at very short notice as I didnt have any heating. They were both professional and friendly and also took time to return the following day to talk me through everything as I had to leave for work on the day they completed the work. I am very happy with the new boiler and found it quite reasonable in terms of cost. I also didnt realise how much easier smart controls would make things! 10/10 service.
