My mother's funeral was on the 9th July - the professionalism from Marlene at Wiltons was second to none and I would highly recommend them.

A very professional & caring service provided to myself and my family. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff who really let us feel in control. Everything went like clock work right after my mother's death right until the funeral. The staff were very respectful and there timekeeping was spot on. I so glad my perants had already planned their funeral and made their wishes known, it meant my sister and I could forget about any concerns and focus on our father.

Cant fault the experience we received both taking out a prepaid funeral plan and now that the time arrived, the funeral itself. My adopted Gran was 97years old, had only a surviving brother and Wiltons made it so easy for us. The day she died, Marlene led us through the details, organised flowers, minister etc, and phoned when the body had arrived and later to tell us Gran had been looked after and attest in the small chapel of rest. Jonathan phoned the day before the funeral to make sure all arrangements were carried out as required and if wed any questions about the funeral. Reverend Cooper was also very helpful and asked if wed anything we wanted include in the service itself. The day arrived, the funeral was private with only five adults and two children in attendance. We were met by all the staff involved and talked us through the service in Wiltons, how we would follow the hearse to the cemetery and the small service at Roselawn. Afterwards Jonathan again asked was all carried out to our satisfaction, that staff were available at any time to answer any questions or help in any way post funeral. No way would we change anything, use any other funeral director and neither do we have any complaints about the service Wiltons gave us. Well done to a business who care for the people!
