From start to finish Kirkwoods staff demonstrated empathy,sympathy with clear guidance and information.Pauline and Chris, along with other staff were very professional and showed great kindness,understanding and care. Thank you everyone for making a difficult situation less so. This was the third time their services have been used.Highly recommended

We spoke with Angela on the phone and had a horrendous experience. She was not sympathetic to my mum who had just lost her husband instead was very short and irritated with her and was adamant to make her point without considering how she came across. Even when I calmly explained that her tone was not very kind she did not offer any apology but continued in the same manner. We wanted nothing more to do with kirkwoods after this call and cancelled and went with a different funeral directors who were much more considerate

At a very stressful and upsetting time the staff at Kirkwoods Kings Road could not have been more kind and patient with my sister and I when arranging our Dads funeral. Tracey led us through the whole process in a very calm and helpful manner in such difficult circumstances and would not hesitate in recommending them for anyone unfortunate enough to be in need of their service . My family and I cannot thank Amanda at Kirkwoods and Matthew and his colleagues who helped us on the day of our Mum's funeral enough. They all supported us every step of the way, were kind and thoughtful and made our sad and emotional time that bit better. Many thanks
