        Just moved into a home that has zero heating oil. Tried to get a delivery today and was cut offid sentence to ask abruptly was I a customer of theirs. I explained I'd just moved house and wanted to become a customer but was told in a very condescending way "sorry darlin I can't help you at all!! I would have become a customer had I been given the chance. Rethink your customer approach next time maybe.
