Terrible experience. I shipped a paramotor (small engine for flying)from Ireland to the U.S. they said it would be here on a friday, then called and said Saturday but the confirmation email stated it would be here on sunday. Now they're not open to help me figure out where to pick up. So basically I'm screwed and cant speak to anyone who knows about my package until monday. Absolutely terrible experience, a carrier pigeon would have been the better choice.

This company and the people in it including management are the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL individuals I have EVER dealt with in my entire life! Would not recommend them for ANYTHING to do with their business.... No follow up with enquires and NEVER return phone calls.... what a way to run a business. Would not even give them one star rating!
