        I paid for flowers for a funeral in the amount of 66 pounds which is a lot when on benefits. I rang to ask that they be delivered either to my home or the church. they weren't delivered to my home or the church. I checked every spray and flowers there asked the family they never received them now they are Not answering the phone. Day after the funeral they leave the flowers the grieving family aren't here. WE ALREADY BURIED 5 FAMILY MEMBERS YOU BETTER COME GET FUNERAL FLOWERS OUT OF MY HOUSE AND REFUND ME. AGAIN NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE. THESE PEOPLE ARE ROBBERS PLAIN AND SIMPLE STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY TO DO THIS TO SOMEONE ON BENEFITS AND GRIEVING IS DISGUSTING.
