        Since November 6 2017 I have been waiting for a replacement smoke detector unit for my domestic wireless smoke detectors installation. On 6 November Jeff arrived at my home to identify the unit required. He said a unit would be ordered and someone would telephone me back. I have telephoned many times to obtain information about delivery and installation. Eventually Gary Heaney arrived on 1 May 2018 and completed job sheet 07377 and reported traced fault to device removed from kitchen and new one required . He informed me I would be phoned to arrange installation . I have phoned many times since, and twice this week. The telephone receptionists on every occasion in formed me they will check the situation and availability of the unit, and Jeff or someone else will call me back. I am still awaiting and my system continues to sound a disconnected alarm from the control panel. I have never experienced such customer service which is a disgrace to the name Eurotec Safety Services Ltd.
