        Needed upvc handles for a 23yr old wooden door. Took a rough sketch over to Tommy, (who by the way has sorted all my previous problems out), he sorted me with new handles in less than 2 minutes. He took one look at the sketch and knew in an instant what I needed. As always he always throws in a nugget of great advice in relation to fitting. Tommy never disappoints and goes the extra mile to get you sorted. You can just tell he lives and breathes the job. Best in town. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

        I needed a roller door latch, lock and handle. Guy behind the counter very helpful and knowledgeable as I had no clue. Highly recommend.

        I needed a replacement door handle for a uPVC door I bought from a salvage yard. various people looked at it and said it was very difficult to replace. Tammy at Profast solved it in seconds giving me the correct handle and showed me simply how to fit it. Couldn't not leave a good review after the service I received. Thanks again.
