McDonald's

Went to McDonalds at 11pm Tuesday 2nd May, all employees were wearing their outside coats, which is not allowed as I used to work there myself, carries serious germs across to food. Worse was a man wearing an apron who appeared to be on the fried, walking right around the kitchen on his iPhone and put it in his back pocket, didnt wash his hands, then touched all my chips and put them into the bag. Having a level 3 in food safety I binned my McDonalds straight away as this is disgusting. The outside coats are bad enough, but carrying your phone in the kitchen, using it infront of paying customers, and then putting hands all over the fries is repulsive. The fact that one of the people wearing their outside coats was a manager shows there is nobody to implement the proper protocols. This McDonalds standards are really low compared to other McDonalds and employees seem to think they can do whatever they want when the main bosses arent there. Needs a reform so employees actually start following the rules and stop making a mockery of the standards.
