A one star rating is being generous, truly horrible, the worst food I have ever ordered. Please do not order as they will not even deliver your food

Absolutely shocking waited over an hour for the food ordered at half 11 didnt even arrive called the place to cancel the order and the guy was shouting down the phone and told not to even deliver wouldnt even offer any compensation for the delivery service. Absolutely shocking

They take money and never deliver food. Placed an order at 11:10pm and estimated delivery was 12:20 - 12:40am. During this while called them up couple of times to check if they will deliver it for sure and the answer was yes. Called up 5 mins past estimated delivery and the guy said order has been dispatched an hr ago and driver has disappeared with the parcel so I'll be given a fresh delivery in 30 mins. Called up after 50 mins, no one answered and restaurant was closed. I suffered 3 hrs hungry and they did not even bother to let me know that they will not be able to deliver the food. No minimum humanitarian courtesy to inform that that they failed to deliver and find other option. I'll appear at the restaurant to seek an answer, refund and compensation failing which I'll take it up legally.
